tracstar satellite down

Our tracstar has run uneventful for the life of the coach now 8 years.
We are full-timers, so it is used.
Today, I received a "communication from antenna error."
Has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen and corrected all sorts of errors on mine, but never seen your communication from antenna error.  I even looked in the tech support manual and could not find it.  I suggest giving Tracstar a call on Tuesday, they have always been very helpful to me.

We had the same or similar TracStar system in our 2003 U295.  Before replacing it with a Winegard Travel'r we had several problems with it, but TracStar service was always very helpful.  Here is the website for service:

You can send them an email.  The page has a troubleshooting guide and other info that might be helpful.

Thank you.

After the sun set and the temp dropped, I plug the unit in and, of course, it worked.
I think it may be related to the Las Vegas heat.

Will call on tuesday thanks again.
