New Accessories

Do you ever wish for someplace to put your wine glass or latte cup while sitting on the couch?  Behold, Board with Drink Holder.

The selected media item is not currently available.
It fits at the corners behind the coach, against the window wall (its most common spot)

It also fits between the arm of the couch and the dinette (or the opposite wall under our slide window)

The other new accessory is a custom cherry and bird's eye maple cutting board (with routered juice ring) sink topper.  It's amazing how much more prep space this gives me

Steve used X and Y adjustable "cleats" on the back side (removable - they're attached via nylon nuts recessed in the back of the cutting board and winged nylon bolts) so it fits snugly in the left sink opening and doesn't move while driving.

Really nice woodworking by Steve.  However, until I read the captions I thought that you guys were using the cleats to hold food that still wiggled on the cutting board.

This could become a cottage industry.

Wow, I am very impressed!  How clever of you.  The cutting board is absolutely beautiful!  I work in the kitchen with a large cutting board over most of the sink, it really does give you a lot of extra space, even when you are using the stove.  But mine isn't even close to how nice your setup is..

Steve ... Jeff's shoulder hurts .
I bet that's just a temporary ailment ... probably caused by the rapid and frequent opening/closing of his wallet these last couple of weeks :P

It is from waving good bye to his beloved Xtreme paint job on the last coach!!  AND from peeling the blessed 3M protector off of the front of this one!

I know this is an old topic, but we were just reminiscing about "Board with Drink Holder", and I'll bet there are some newer members who would want to build one....

My workload is up to the top of the wheel barrow these days but you never know.

The sink cutting board Steve made is very nice, wine glass holders, too.

Thanks for all you and Steve do for the Forum for so many years.

The wine holder ingenious - Maybe Brad Metzger should switch from little kid trucks to big kid toys (wine glass holders)

Right up their with the 3 D printed drink holders by another member.

Thanks so much again!
