Star trac question.

What does it mean when TV looses Direct TV and Star Trac says "Tuner Comm Error"?

I can cut it off and turn back on and it researches and comes back on?

It is TracStar, not Startrac. Do a search on Tracstar of this forum and you will find a discussion of the same problem. The company's web page is also listed so you can contact them is the problem persists. This link might work...

Thanks, not sure why typed it wrong. I know it is TracStar.
