1991 u280 power steering pump leak

I have a 1991 u280 with the cat 3208 engine. I recently developed a leak in the power steering pump around the shaft. The pump still functions but leak is getting fluid on the PS belts below so they have started to stretch and slip. This is the pump with 2 hoses and only goes the steering. Does not go to the fan. I can not find any numbers on it but foretravel has told me that it is prob an Eaton pump which they do not keep anymore. Do any of you know the part number or where I might find another pump . Is there anyone who rebuilds these at a reasonable price?  All help and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Try power steering leak additive first. If it works, you have lots of time to find a replacement pump or if it dries up completely, you may not need it.

I've read on this forum were a mechanic removed the pulley from the shaft and installed a new oil seal.
If the shaft is cut,  some oil seal manufactures make a sleeve that fits on the shaft and a new seal is installed over it.
This was all done without removing the PS pup.

Brad, I am probably the one that said that the seal could be replaced while pump was on coach, that's what I had done.
Any hydraulic shop can replace that seal, would be easier and quicker if you can remove the pump and take it to them.
PM me if you want and we will discuss it.
