HWH Actuator Repair Help
Ok, I'm trying to fix my leveling system. The first time I used it, it worked great other than the rear driver actuator on the kick-down jacks started leaking hydraulic oil out a pin size hole in the bottom of the actuator. Today I was able to pull the cover off an look inside. I have no experience with these, but I pulled out what looks like a small seal that was covering the hole. I've listed some pictures for identification.
Picture #1 - Actuator with bottom screwed off
Picture #2 - Bottom part of actuator
Picture #3 - Pin hole looking into the bottom cylinder cover
Picture #4 - Pin hole looking at the outside of the bottom cylinder cover
Picture #5 - This is a picture of the small seal I was able to pull out. I don't know if there was more to it and it was just destroyed due to age or if this is it?
Picture #6 - Another pic of the seal
Picture #7 - Pic of seal and bottom cover together
Has anyone opened one of these up and fixed it before? I'm going to try and contact HWH tomorrow, but I'm hoping this is something that's standard and I'll be able to go to some hydraulic shop around town for a quick part replacement.
Thanks,
Benjie
