This guy needs to improve his attitude if he wants to sell it. I e-mailed him a few times now and asked the usual questions about equipment etc and he gives 1 word answers. His pictures of the bedroom show an untidy bed and nothing else, and no pics of engine/gen/storage etc etc. I am thinking I may buy it to play around with and improve but the thing that needs improving so far is his sales technique. :-\ ::)

John,

I have found that someone like this usually has a lot of personal/financial problems with a bit of depression thrown in. Probably will sell for around $10K. Call him and then you know the drill. Winter is just around the corner. Too bad, I was just in Santa Cruz last Saturday. Will be in Vallejo tomorrow afternoon but don't suppose he could bring it that far.

Best,
