I agree with John. I too would like to see some photos. That looks pretty good for a vintage coach. Of course, I am kinda partial.

What a beauty, must be one of the neatest FBP's that I have seen. Also this must be one of only a few FT's in England. There must be a story as to how this FT ended up in England. And a FIREPLACE, I'll bet Brad M is jealous of this feature even his rolling castle ( dog house ) does not have a fireplace.

Thanks for them. It is really nice and I like the TV dropping behind the fireplace. At least you do not have to "stoke" the fire at night like we used to do to get hot water in the morning!! Next time I am back visiting family I am going to drive down to meet you.

The photo showing your motor cycle rack..... I like the lines on that paint job as well as any i've seen..... I dread telling my wife of my future paint.... I just have to be brave... yeah... brave is the ticket.

I'm tryng to figure out where the TV/Fireplace is... It appears to be on the passenger side in front of the door, but the other pics show two couches...

Dave, the fireplace is were the couch on that side used to be. They took out that one on the passenger side as they say on the photo's. They are before and after shots.

Great looking rig! Getting indigestion now thinking about the almost $9 a gallon diesel.

Thinking of right hand drive machines, we were on a long flight when we had engine trouble and had to make a emergency landing. Down through the clouds we came until, at the last moment, we made a tricky approach into the airport in the tiny mountain country of Parador. We had to wait a couple of days until the engine was repaired but in wandering around, we spotted a Foretravel in front of the presidential palace. The driver graciously allowed us to take a look inside. To my surprise, it was a rare right hand drive model. Should have known it as the entry was on the opposite side plus everyone drives on the other side of the road in Parador. Sitting behind the driver's seat, I quickly got accustomed to the backward controls and the speedometer that moved counterclockwise (as well as all the other gauges). What really threw me off was the tachometer that not only moved counterclockwise but was also metric.

Any other members who have been to Parador? Think they made a movie about this little gem in the mountains. I did manage to take a photo of the interior. See below.

Pierce, what the heck have yopu been drinking??? The guages are the same as here it's just the steering and foot controls that are changed (and shifter-if not allison). Although this one is still as original.

That's a beautiful installation. Only one problem - Joyce now wants a fireplace in our coach

My brother-in-law used an old city bus for his logging camp, He owns a forestry management company in the Upper Peninsular of Michigan. I used it's pic as my avatar until I had a real Foretravel. They had installed a wood burning stove with the chimney sticking out through the roof. We called it a Yooper RV. I said if she wants a fireplace I could do the same. Kinda frosty around here all of a sudden.

Nice TV installation! Is tha a custom made wood cabinet? Looks to be about a 42" TV... Anyway, all round beautiful coach!

No, but it should be at "The Yooper Tourist Trap"! He has sold it but I have pictures somewhere and if I find them I will post in a separate thread.
