Push-button Door Latch

I have a failing push-button door latch on our closet door. I have taken it apart and "fixed" it, but have my doubts about longevity and don't want to find it failed in the locked position.  :(

Internet search has found a Vetus Denouden latch that looks right, but can't find a spec on the door thickness. Anyone know of the proper replacement part? Was hoping for a local source of supply.

Nice timing on your question, I want to replace all of mine, counted 4 needed.  Was going to call MOT and FOT this week.

I called FOT parts dept this week and ordered three of the plastic brass knobs because ours are showing alot of wear. They have the complete door latch or you can buy the bezel or knob separately.
You do need to know the door thickness.
