Coolant Hose Part Numbers

Has any one replaced the 2 by pass hoses on a 1997 U295 8.3 Cummings. 1 goes to the coolant filter the other goes to the coolant reservoir.

I have replaced the two hoses at the coolent filter. I just cut the brass crimp off and used the old fittings with new  hose clamps  on new 5/16"high temp hose . Gam
