Help with broken grey water valve...

The good news - I'm sitting in an Outdoor Resort in Port St Lucie.
Bad news - the cable that open/closes my grey wter vlve has slipped or broken.  Luckily, the valve is in the open position and there IS a 3rd backup valve installed ( thanks George!).

I've removed the faucet and the screws to the paneling to try and get behind it to see if I can fix it, but I can't see how the handles comeoff the pull cables so I can pull out the panel all the way.

So... does anyone have experience with a good technician in the area or any advice what to do next?  Picture is attached of where I am right now.

On ours, the handles just unscrew from the shaft, then the nut that is on the outside, while holding the inside one with a wrench, then pull the cable assembly out through the back. The cable is held to the valve plunger with an allen set screw (I think it was 3/32"), and the cable housing is held in place with two phillips screws which you don't have to take all the way out to pull the whole cable assembly out. Of course, you may not need to pull the assembly out if all you have to do is reinsert the cable end and tighten the set screw, but for that you should be able to just reach through the open top part of the panel without removing the bottom panel. Of course, it may need more attention than that... hope that helps.

Hmmm.  The T handles on mine have a hole drilled through them and the 1/4" shaft with a really small pin going through the whole thing.  No way to get the plastic handle off.  I'm about ready to take it somehwere and get electric dump valves installed :)  Any recommendations for a place to get Sea Level installed and elect. dump valves around Port St. Lucie or between here and Jacksonville, FL?
