FANTASTIC Fan IS FANTASTIC!

No doubt about it in my book!

I have read reports about how great Fantastic Vents customer service is, I had a chance to see for myself.

I'm rebuilding a 1995 U320 that had a refrigerator fire. One of many areas damaged was the Fantastic Fan in the bathroom. The fire must have made a beeline for the vent. It melted the interior housing, the fan blade and the electric controls, it also partially melted the knob to raise and lower the outside cover.

The Motor and the outside housing were the only parts not damaged.

I called Fantastic to see about replacement parts hoping to not have to rip out the entire fan, and just replace the damaged parts.

Since this was the original 1995 Fan assembly and it was damaged not from wear and tear or defective parts, I was prepared to gladly purchase the replacement parts or just buy a new fan assembly.

When I explained what I needed and what had happened to the fan assembly to the Fantastic Vent tech he just asked me for my name , address, and phone number. He said he would send all the parts I needed at NO CHARGE! All he asked for was a $12 UPS shipping charge.

I was stunned by the generosity of Fantastic Vent. When I expressed my happiness to the Tech he replied that this is what Fantastic Vent does instead of expensive advertising, GREAT customer service sells there product by word of mouth.

I told him I would gladly spread the word. You can be assured I will NEVER install any other fan in any coach I ever own and when shopping for any other device that Fantastic sells I will pick there product up first!

I have to agree. I lost the cover to the fan in our bath room and when I called them to order a new one, all I would have to pay was the shipping charge! What service!

I was planning to replace my bathroom Fantastic fan and the fan with Maxairs because I like the two supports on the vent cover and the low profile. I was planning to do this next year, but may instead add to Fanatastic Fan in bathroom (temp control and in/out) and replace kitchen fan with Fanatastic.

Anyone had service experience with Maxair fans?
