Good Things at Foretravel

I would like to take this opportunity to once again complement Foretravel's shop. We just returned back to Oklahoma from NAC. I had a number of items repaired over several different sessions at Foretravels shop. The attention we received this trip was the best we have ever experienced. Corey, the new Vice President, made a specific effort to say hello and introduce us to Drew, the new service manager. The attitudes of the guys in the shop seemed to be particularly good.

My primary mechanic was Patrick who kept me informed of what he was finding and seemed to be very concerned that we were satisfied with his work. He even walked across the parking lot one afternoon to make sure things working OK. Alton, the shop supervisor, was constantly checking on the work and lending his expertise about my older coach. And, of course, David Flanagan and Larry were over the top trying to answer our questions and help us out with a small caulking job. The work was all done in a timely manner and done correctly.

Thanks to All!!!

Ditto Kent.  I had my coach serviced when you were there and they also worked on the air leaks on my coach.  Today after a two weeks the gauges are still at 90 psi.  The service was great and they seemed to go out of their way to please.  They can get a lot done  in a short period of time with a appointment and a schedule of things to be repaired.  By the way Kent your coach looks outstanding.  DAN

It's comments like yours that would justify me driving 1000 miles from FL to get work done at FT in lieu of having a local shop ( some place in FL) doing any work.  Nice :)

We don't think anything about driving 400 miles for service in NAC but we generally try to go there when we are on other business in S. Texas. Texas is a great place to spend the winter.

Wish for various reasons the FT shop was closer for us than 2700 as that amount of diesel x 2 would make our repaires very expensive.

We too found the service and personnel at FT excellent. I was able to watch the repairs being done whenever I wanted.

It is not a crazy idea.  We figured that it was actually cost efficient for us to drive from eastern Pennsylvania to Nac for our service & maintenance, rather than try to educate a local shop.  We tried to time things so we could get all the oil changes, filters, belts, etc. attended to at the same time we needed mechanical attention or elective cosmetic or interior upgrades.  We just really have confidence in the Factory and the guys who work there ... rely on the information they have given us ... and totally appreciate the patient tutorials and education they have given us over the last 5 years.  We are fans.

I have driven to the Factory or to MOT or Xtreme for years. It is 1375 miles for me but they do a great job.  If you are in the VA area, Cummins Roanoke is also very good on our coaches. They have worked on mine a number of times and have saved me a few trips to Nac in a year. They can handle any chassis issue that comes up. They understand our brakes and can handle the engine of course as well.
