Hydraulic pump pulley

Anyone have experience of getting the pulley off the fan hydraulic pump shaft on a 1994 U280 Cummins 8.3? One of the 2 holes used for inserting a bolt to push it off has a bolt already broken off in it. Anybody ever do it successfully?

It can be taken off, but the broken bolt will have to be removed so another bolt can be installed and then with penetrating oil and patience should come off

Just the 2 bolts or do I need a wheel puller as well?

Just the two bolts as that pushes the pulley off of the wedge shaped part that is on the shaft, that is held in place due to the wedge effect. You should not need a wheel puller.
