Driving Lights have left me stranded!

In Lancaster, PA trying to get to an event I'm putting on. Driving lights have started shorting out and resetting every few seconds. Nobody in the area will look at the situation and have even made one trip to New Jersey only to be turned away. I can't drive into the mountains without running lights due to fog and rain. What next?
Lights work fine as long as engine is not running. As soon as I start up they start shorting.
Any idea where to look? :help:

I would be tempted to run a wire from the battery, through a circuit breaker or big fuse, and directly to the lights.  Probably fifteen minutes of work and you can delay the investigation until after your engagement.  Walmart or any auto parts store should have the supplies if you don't travel with them.

Ok, broke down and started going through every piece of work done to the RV since purchase and got lucky on the first trace. Seems Broward RV Sales (Fort Lauderdale, FL) ran a new running light wire between the chassis mount and wire shorted out during the constant compression. They will be removed from my future service list even though they DID make me fall in love with Foretravel. I can't abide stupid mistakes.
Back on the road. ;D

Sorry to hear of your problem.  My coach & manuals are not available, but if you look at the electrical drawings, this will tell you which fuse is in the circuit for the running lights.  I believe these are auto resetting fuses located by the front step (dashboard in front of passenger seat).
