water pressure regulator and get rid of auto water fill valve

While home for a couple of months I am getting to some projects that I have been wanting to do for a while. Add a pressure regulator and replumb the water fill and house supply line. I never use the house supply line but fill the tank and run off the pump. The auto fill set up is more complicated than I am willing to deal with on a regular basis. Not that it is that complicated but there are too many parts that the system is dependent on to work properly. So using the KISS principal that I wholeheartedly endorse, I took out the water solonoid and plugged the line that allows water to enter the solonoid valve. Next was to run a water line (for now it is a standard RV water supply hose, maybe later change to PEX) over to the water bay on the street side. Had to make up a manifold as shown in the pics. Supply water comes in from the left side of the regulator, thru the regulator, then into a tee. The upper valve when turned on will supply water over to the tank fill line that was the output side of the solonoid valve. This allows me to fill the tank from just the water bay and it fills to 1/2 full in 8 minutes as opposed to about 40 minutes before. When filling the tank the house supply line ic closed. If I ever want to run the house supply line I can just open the lower valve and it feeds the old house inlet line.
I also split the panels so that to access the plumbing behind the faucet there is only one panel that needs to come off without removing anything but five 10-32 machine screws. I hate sheet metal screws in a place that required routine access. Removal of that one panel would also allow changing of the dump valves which I also replaced as part of this project.
