Drippy little faucet

This little faucet in the galley drips. Before I get into it, I wonder if I can get some information? Like what is it called, who makes it, are there washers or other parts to replace, parts drawing, etc.?
Thanks.

It's the Everpure faucet.  There should be a filter below the counter/under the sink that it's attached to.

I don't know if there are replacement parts or if you're better off just getting a new faucet.  We did the latter when we came across one at a great deal on closeout.
