IH-45 featured on Destination America TV show Epic RVs

On  Dest channel 286  on DTV is a program called epic RV. They have a mellenium Prevost, a Powerhouse super C 52 foot long too.  THey also have an executive coach on a prevost shell and our IH45 but Foretravel. Nice company.  It is on at 9 tonight.

286 on directv.  We caught the last part with the Liberty and the IH45.  Very cool!

Thanks for the heads up.  I just caught the last half hour.  As pretty as the Elegant Lady is, I'd rather have 2 IH45's for less money.

When we where in Nac last November we meet Elliot. He was picking up his coach after having a remodel and a full body paint on his 2008 Nimbus he had custom built. He had priced out a 40ft IH (didn't want a 45) and it came out to be almost the same price as the IH45 which was about twice what he spent on his Nimbus. Anyway the remodel on the his less than 5 year old coach made sense for him. The paint and remodel was fantastic. Now to the point of my post. When he was ordering his Nimbus in 2008 he wanted to have it done in the old style wood. Foretravel priced it out and it was going to be a $116,000 upcharge! :o

When we were at the factory last summer I saw them filming that coach for a show. It may have been the show you were mentioning. Here are a few pictures I took.

Wow that is huge. But if it is a coach that can last years it might not be too bad but it also can price people out of getting another FT.

I watched the show last night as well. WOW.....I really think all of the coaches were way over the top. Also, I think that the FT was by far the best looking and better built than any other at half the price of the Prevost or Liberty.  While these coaches are all great looking, there is so much technology and I'm sure maintaince that it would be hard to enjoy! As much that I like these new coaches, I really enjoy mine without all the expense......oopps.... an occassional couple thousand dollars now and then sounds pretty good!!

Steve, I'm with you all the way. Even on the IH 45, the copilot chair is so big it takes up more room that I'm willing to give up.

I had the IH45 chair in that coach put in my coach. it does not take up that much room and is very comfy to sit in.  Also, I had the Kneedler Air Ride Seat put in as well.  One of the best upgrades I have done. The passenger seat looks wider than it is.  The buddy seat that was there was wider or just as wide.  When I get to a location I usually turn the seat anyway so that means it is easy to get by as well.
