New to me Rosen Visors

When in Nac last November we meet Leo & Ineke Volkert. Leo gave me a tour of the fabulous remodel he had done on his coach. While in his coach I remarked that he had the way cool Rosen visors. He immediately said "You want them?". My jaw dropped but I just as immediately said "Yes!". As part of his remodel he had the MCD front shade installed and said he didn't need the visors and was planning on removing them. Went back to the customer lounge and a few minutes later Leo brought the visors in and handed them to me!

Finally got around to installing them yesterday. They look great, couldn't be happier! Really cleans up the view out the windshield when we removed the old stock vinyl covered visors.

Not sure what to do with the screw holes in the fiberglass where I removed the old visors. (see the last pic) I may just use some almond colored caulk. If any of you have a better idea please chime in.

Thanks again Leo!

What about a matching piece of wood trim?

Use wood button plugs stained to match the wood work.

Last week we removed our as we now have the front MCD shades, gave the Rosen to fellow to use in his airplane.  Our Rosen mounting holes were filled with colored putty and looks good.

Ken,

Nice installation and you can't beat the deal!  John Duld gave me a great deal on his.  I installed mine just like you did and left my old visors in place like Rick D in case I need to use both at the same time.  I might remove the old ones later if I find I don't need them and use some putty to fill the holes.  They adjust easily and be sure to tighten all the hex screws so they won't move around while driving on a bumpy road.

I don't know how they compare to the MCD shades but a significant upgrade for blocking sun glare and UV rays.  Your eyes will thank you for it.

Like John said, "you will wonder how you ever got along without them!"
