Might want to stay with the cold water model only...I understand cold causes contraction/shrinkage.

George,
After reading these responses from your "Friends" I can see why you did not mention what you were doing when you asked me what size pex to use. ::) ;)

This post is right up there with Carol S.'s turbo turd 3000 adventure.  Classics!  Everyone on the airplane is looking at me and wondering why I'm laughing out loud!

This Forum is  frankly going down the drain. All we need now is for Dave M to chime in to say he is doing this in his coach but putting a resonator on it for a faster "get up and go" !!
John H
Uh ... I think that might be faster "go and get up."  :))
Not a new feature... it's a nice idea, but you could probably read an entire novel in the time it takes to dry... it's a bathroom, not a library! :))
Huh?! I thought "bathroom and library" were inclusive features rather than exclusive features.

Do you let the DW use it first so the hot water is there and ready or do you brave it out and suffer that first shot of cold?

Boy I'm glad this thread came along. After five years of owning a Foretravel, I find another feature I didn't realize was there. I always thought the little sprayer next to our Sealand was to clean the toilet. Now I know it is a Bidet. I just tried it and it sure does wake you up but it gets the carpet all wet. Did I miss something.

I think only you would know if you "missed something." :P The forum may not be the place to ask that question in the context of this thread.

Kent....  I always thought that was to clean the toilet. too.  Now you have me wondering if that's what's called an "okie bee-day"??  :))

Hey Pat, I think you've got it. We'll call it our "BEE-DAY". Maybe less sophisticated toiletry but functional just the same.

I still don't like the wet carpet.

Now I know why the new fancy coaches have tile floor in the bathroom.

Functional, yes.... but comfortable, no.  I'll take my $85 attachment and George's plumbing installation over the sprayer/BEE-DAY any time!

so the hot water is there and ready or do you brave it out and suffer that first shot of cold?
Larry... already have a plan, as that very thought occurred to me, too!  (a) run the water in the sink until hot, then turn off; (b) turn the bidet handle to "nozzle cleaning" (since the water will flow directly into the toilet and not on the wall opposite the toilet!); (c) turn the other bidet handle to "full hot" to move the hot water to the toilet; (d) turn off the bidet, return the temperature handle to "warm"... and proceed as planned!  :))
