Racor and Winn fuel filters and housing

I want to change the Racor 200200 fuel filter. I read that it is no longer available and has been replaced by a RK12963 kit.

Now things are beginning to get foggy. The RK12963 kit replaces everything on the Racor side ( filter, housing ,etc)?

Does the kit have a electric pump in it?

On the Winn side with the plastic bowl; I read that Dave M recommends a 300200 assembly. Is this a entire assembly for the Winn side that has the bowl, gaskets and everything I need to service the Winn side? Is this Winn unit obsolete? should I convert to a newer assembly?

I just want to have EVERYTHING i need when I service the Racor and Winn filters.

Thanks.

Dave, I have a friend that has gone to the Parker Racor 700 series pump and filter, this maybe an option for some people.

The 700 Series fuel filter/water separators are equipped with a fuel-priming pump for easy priming. The separator assemblies are two stage filtration and re-priming systems. These complete fuel management systems isolate contaminants present in diesel fuels and traps them before they reach the fuel injection system, protecting the engine's fuel system from premature failure.

Bill, You need to buy/rent a 10 year old for a few hours, they already have it all figured out, you can not ask a question that they do not have the answer or know how to get the answer, I am living proof of my short comings  :o
The kid 27 yr old I hired out of high school, 9+ yrs ago, just keeps me in total amazement,
in our business for example, we use 5 different programmable digital clocks, I used to know how to program 2 of them, with the addition of 3 more, I now know none of them.  I know I am far over the summit, beyond yelling range.

Granted that the ten year olds have it all over me in the  tech department, BUT I can still get to my G'kids once in a while.
One of my G'kids broke the key off in the trunk of his junky Mustang.  He has been carrying around a crappy screwdriver to get in the trunk.  Y'day I went to look at it to see how I could either get the key out of the lock or replace the lock.  GUESS what, the trunk is electric and can be opened from a switch in the glove box.  GOTCHA KID.  I'll enjoy this one for a while.
I also gave him a lesson in RTFM.

Thanks.

The RK12963 is a one-time retrofit kit that changes a 200200 element to a S3230P element on an old, obsolete Racor 90S1230C Integrated assembly.

The conversion incorporates a high quality water probe (with connectors), an indestructible metal bowl, and a high-capacity 30 micron element. Once the retrofit from a 200200 element is complete, customers would then purchase the S3230P replacement element for their next service.

90S1230C Integrated assemblies are two-stage filtration and repriming systems featuring a solid-state controlled electronic priming pump, electronic air purge, a cleanable pre-filter with a stainless steel element and a fuel filter/water separator. These complete fuel management systems isolate contaminants present in diesel fuel and trap them prior to reaching the fuel injection system, protecting the engine's fuel system from costly and premature failure. Detailed teardown and rebuild instructions are also included with this kit.

I think I have this figured out thanks to all the help.
One last question, It appears that the RK12963 does NOT come with the filter element, Is this correct?
