Need a pic or two of a non slide J-lounge wall mounted trim piece

The wall mounted (via a long gold piano hinge) trim piece that moves to allow the jackknife bed to clear. I need to see the orientation of the hinge. Is it mounted underneath so the trim piece flips up? That would mean the hinge's normal position was folded.
Finally reinstalling the sofa after the re-upholstery. Pics soon!
