Magnum ms-2012 and re-arc

Thinking of installing a new Magnum inverter and remote control, I need to know if the old comm cable from the Heart control panel will work.

Bill,

I just replaced my old Xantrex 2500 with a new Magnum MS 2812 last week. As suggested here, I bought the advanced remote control. It uses a standard 4-conductor telephone type cable. It was just plug and play.
