Porch Light

Porch light is driving me nuts..
Replaced fluorescent with LEDS, good light and looks good.
Problem. When interior flourescent is turned on porch light goes on also.
In Panel at door are three switches, porch light, ceiling fluorescent and small floor lights.  All three are fused to #3 fuse at bed end. ( fuse also protects overhead puck lights ).
White wire is hot and attached to switch post on fluorescent fixture in ceiling. Other post is green and from all appearances is the ground.
Middle switch is for floor lights, it has two blue wires on it.
Porch light has two blue wires  PLUS  a blue jumper wire that also goes to center switch for floor lights.
My wiring diagram does not give enough information that I can figure out where voltage is passing from fluorescent switch to porch light switch.
In addition the fluorescent light is also controlled by a switch on the cabinet end over the door, when either switch is thrown I hear what sounds like a relay but I can't find it.
Any ideas ?

It sounds like power is feeding back through your touch light module. I know I had a problem with the ground wires to the my Porch Light. I disconnected the touch light module and ran a new ground and everything straightened out.

I think Kent is correct.  It's like with trailers, first thing to look at when weird things happen electrically is the ground.  Second is the neutral if an A/C system.
