3106C generator fuel leak

I have a Cat 3106C generator that is leaking out of the fuel injector at the pump.  I have replace the o-ring on each injector but it is still leaking.  It acts as though the o-ring is not installed.  I went to the dealer to purchase the o-ring and try to get a drawing of the system.  They had the o-ring but no drawings.

If any one has any ideas I am all ears.  We are on our way to Oregon and it would be nice to use the generator while we are traveling.

Hey Trent, Remember me from Karrs Park. Sorry you are having problems. I am sure someone on here has an answer for you. I know there are several good generator tech's on here. Have a safe trip.

Trent, CAT 3106C Genny ? You sure ? I am not aware that FT used anything other than Powertech and Onan, and in some older ones Kohler..  If Powertech give them a call. In Atlanta we have a very good injector rebuild shop but I am not sure where you are or of other shops.  Goof luck, If you have further info please post it, someone here will probably be of help.

I have a Power Tech generator, which is powered by Caterpillar.  The system is a 2005.

Trent, OK I learn something every day.  Mine is powered by a Kubota.  In any event call Powertech  if you haven't already.  They can probably give you some help.
