Leveling problem - Anyone familiar with 3T Rv service in lake havasu

Another problem with the leveling system, the passenger side constantly trying to raise way beyond level, 3T is listed as master service center for HWH systems , anyone used them ?

We have not used RV service in Lake Havasu City. Not knowing your other symptoms, could level adjust be out of adjustment?

Rather than look for service while traveling, why not wait until a better time and manually tune-up your leveling with RV-EZ-Level? We have one and will write it up for the Forum. HWH level system out of adjustment - RV-EZ-Level fix

Thanks for response , I had considered trying to tune the system but after consideration I think it's more involved , it decides middle of night to jack passenger side to limit ( going to bathroom in night is interesting ) then may drop it 4/5 hours later then raise in later again

I live here in Havasu.  I used them to install my first Remco driveshaft disconnect and they did an "acceptable" job.  I say that because while it works fine, they installed it at the side edge for ease of installation, which is explicitely a "don't do" in the Remco instructions.  (I learned that when I installed the Remco on a second vehicle myself.)

I have been told second hand, by another FT owner, that when he approached them, they did not want anything to do with FT HWH stuff.  That may have changed.  They generally do enjoy a good reputation here, overall, tho.

On our coach, after we park & level we turn off HWH system, so we don't have the middle of night level adjustments. Our coach, for the last 13 years holds it level position for weeks at a time when HWH is turned off. So I understand why the RV-EZ-Level may not work for you.

I did ring 3T and the tech I spoke to was brusk at best , hence the question on the forum .
Yes I see that the level system would work but I wanted system back to fully operational auto mode , where it checks and adjusts itself

Jimmy,

Take a look at this thread and see if the suggestions from Barry and Cindy, Jerry Whiteaker, and Pamela and Mike might apply

Our leveling system problem

In our experience we thought it was the front; turned out to be one side of the front (a bad raise solenoid valve seat).  I wonder if you could be experiencing a similar issue - either front or rear raise solenoid on the side that keeps going "sky high", as it were.  Measuring air bag between plate distances when worst-case might tell you if one might be the dominating factor.  See the measurements on ours here Our leveling system problem  The 11"+ measurement turned out to be the corner corresponding to the bad raise solenoid Raise solenoids, Ride Height Valve, and unusual leveling behavior due to debris

Jimmy,
Is both the front & rear raising on the passengers side? Or just the front passengers side?

Both front and rear !
We can park and level fine , then some time later the passenger side raises to limit , then sometime later blows off air and deflates to almost level then later reflates etc

Jimmy,
With it being both front and rear that leads me to think that it may be a loose connection either at one of the wire connections at the computer board or a loose solder joint on the computer board that is making and breaking. Remember this is just a WAG and didn't cost you much.

Altho I have yet to put my slide issues to paper and call HWH...folks here have stated that they are very helpful via telephone.  Might be worth a call to them with those specifics?

We live in Tucson during the winter (Nov-May).  I have tried two places for Cummins service in Tucson (Freightliner and Kenworth) and I would not return to either.  There are several large RV service centers in Tucson and I have not used any of them.  I have talked to Lazydays, Freedom and LaMesa about some issues I had and none were very impressive.  I've pretty much given up getting any kind of service in Tucson.

Sadly that seems to be the consensus , I am loathed to hand over our coach to a shop without a recommendation from members of this forum

I am gonna eventually try the HWH phone/call back process, but in the back of my mind, there is a trip to Moscow, IA next summer in the planning stages if that doesn't work.  I really don't understand why these things (slide retraction/extension and leveling) are required to have such complexity...with the myriad of problems that seem to pop up.

Update
We park and level the coach as normal then switch off the system , over a few hours the coach will slowly sink on drivers side ( or raise passenger side) no aux pump activity .
Switch on level system and it shows low on drivers side and adds air , switch system off and repeats
Anybody any ideas ?

Just read those posts again and now I am more intimidated than ever , don't know where to start , I was hoping a series of questions and answers with HWH tech would identify a starting point , but as I posted earlier there is a huge backlog of call backs ( several weeks) is there a fault finding flow chart by HWH ??
