New Floor

Well, after long hours, numerous beverages, and a bit of cussing, I am almost finished with the wood floor installation.  I used Bellawood Brazilian Koa floating, with two layers of underlayment.  The trim was the most difficult, trying to fit around the rounded corners of the cabinets.  I especially like the way I treated the wire run on the right side of salon.  I am keeping the carpeting in the bedroom for now (I ran out of wood!) I think I will replace it with new carpeting.  Still a little bit more trim to do in the bath, along with the right side entrance, and sliding floor over the steps, and this project will be done.  If I had it all to do over again, I would not use floating only because of the trimming difficulties.  With glue down you would have some precision cutting to do, but I think it would be less time consuming.

Scary looking at your pictures as ours is #5132.  Same jvc dash radio.

Different toilet than ours and ours have more buttons on the front of the bathroom  cabinet.

No sliding doors on our closets.  One full length mirror on the left closet door.

"Built especially for you" the old Foretravel logo is certainly true. Obviously the original owners of ours the Richardsons did it the way they wanted.  Especially our mid entry..

How much work and how did you remove the lower graphics on your coach?

Maybe we should compare notes on things that needed fixing and how we went about it.

Beautiful  wood.  Amazing job.  I can believe the time it took to do that kind of installation.

I know you do.  And I can now understand why you charge what you do for your work!  I just don't see how you can do it so quickly.

Thanks all for the positive comments.
