Rust jacking

Anyone ever experience rust jacking in the brackets that are glassed into the front and rear generator and engine cover? I'm assuming about the only way to fix them is grind them out and glass in new ones Foretravel can make the new brackets. Does anyone know of a good fiberglass shop in the central Fla area, I want to try not to disturb the exterior gel coat it and the decals are still in good shape (10-15k paint job is not in the cards).
Thanks

Do not know Florida but are there not boat yards around there? They should be able to fix that

I use to know a fiberglass boat builder in Ft. Pierce, but he could be long gone now.  Would think any marina could recommend someone down there.
