Who is the go to Mechanic in Nacgodoches for Cummins 8.3

We were on our way to Florida, and are hearing strange sounds at times that was no there before.  They are there only for a few second when  you accelerate or decelerate.  I have a banks system and watching the boost gauge it seens to be when the boost first start to rise or when it goes way down.  Other than that it run quite and smooth.  We just pulled into the Foretravel lot to spend the nite and get it check tomorrow before we have a problem.  Any help would be appreciated.  I can be reached at 214-762-6290  or email at freytags@cableone.net

"Bernd Ramspeck is now in Nac...  he was in the process of moving his shop from Lufkin when we were there in October.  We had some work done at his new shop (on East Main near Greer St).  Definitely agree with Kent - the guy is an excellent diesel mechanic."

Chuck, Thanks for the info.  Got a call from Rudy also.  I called Bernd and he said he would be out in the morning to check it out.  Sound like he is the Go to Guy.

Had Bernd adjust the valves and injectors on our M11. Good work.

Is Bernd a commercial mechanic in Nac? Or a friend?

If the former, please post contact info. I'm looking for adjusting the valves and injectors on our 1999 M11

As mentioned earlier, he's just moved his shop to Nacogdoches from Lufkin. It has several bays and a large parking area in front. No name yet on the business. Good work; reasonable rate.

Brend, replaced a bad turbo and adjusted the valves on my 8.3 Cummings. Was pleased with his work. Would use him again.
