I used FT and put in a 46 inch TV. A samsung and it is great.  Looks good and you can see it.  THat is the largest they can put in though.  I had MOT do mine first remodel and had FOT do the second one and I would go with FTs version.

I asked FOT in the summer of 2012 for a cost. They said $2400. Mark

I used someone here in Florida - charged by the hour to cut down the box and install the flat screen I got myself from Best Buy.  Took about 6 hours.  You have some leeway as to the amount of modification especially if it doesn't need to touch the side cabinets.  You might also save some by removing the old TV yourself and doing the wiring - not too hard if you like that sort of thing.

Tip - look at the way the new TV has its HDMI inputs.  The Samsung I got required 90 degree fittings so the wires would fit in the new cabinet.  Not a big deal but having the fittings first saved a lot of effort.  Monoprice.com seems to have all you need at very good prices.

Bill - The cost will be based on the amount of cabinet work done.  Some have left the cabinets to the left and right of the TV cabinet in tact and had the OEM cabinet modified so the TV fits inside.  Others have had the TV cabinet enlarged/rebuilt to fit a larger TV but have had to have additional cabinet work done to the side cabinets.  I believe that Dave Flanigan told me about $1200 for the TV cabinet only.  If the size of the TV requires additional cabinet work done to either cabinet on the side of the TV cabinet the cost will rise.  We installed a 42" and it is much larger than the original OEM box.  We did not modify either cabinet to the right or left of the TV cabinet.  I do not know what the largest TV screen size is that will fit in the cabinet.  For us it was too small.  I would think that any cabinet shop could make it / modify it for him.  I modified ours using a Delta Contractors saw at a CG.  I would guess a cabinet shop might charge $500 to $700 for the job I did.  ;D

FT rebuilt my front cabinets and that was the time it too.  They did a great job.

I had a tech that used to do cabinetry at Foretravel of Tennessee and at TN RV do mine. Total cost of the labor was less than $400 and I furnished the TV, a 32" Vizio smart TV. I wanted it to pull out of the cabinet so my wife could see it from the drivers seat. She has AMD and is almost blind. There is a swivel mount affixed to the side of the cabinet and the TV rests in the cabinet nicely or can be pulled out about 10 inches and swiveled toward the drivers seat a bit and tilted downward. Works well and I am very pleased.
No RV! Have hung up the keys.

The price I got was to rebuild the front cabinets and center the TV in the front.
