Door Window on Grand Villa

Anyone taken apart the sliding window on the Grand Villa entry door? The line that holds mine up snapped. Thanks.

I looked at my door and it seems the cable is weighted internally. Im sure you'll have to pull the door trim panels.

Thanks, Hans but I'm pretty sure mine has (had) a spool or spring mechanism up where the red arrow is pointing. I was thinking about it and it occurs to me that this screen isn't too useful. After all, we can just open any window for a breeze. A screen door on the other hand would be great. Anyhow, I just did away with the screen in favor of two windows. I like it better now.
