Slide indicator lights

This morning I got distracted while waiting for the yellow light to go steady. When I got to it nothing happened. Does this switch time out if not finished? Went to the front, it wouldn't work either. Started reading the Manuel, tried it again and it worked. What happened? thanks Tom7

It is always helpful to let the group know (usually in your signature) what year and model your coach is.  So many differences over the years, advice for one coach i sometimes dead wrong for another coach.  So what year/model is this?
