Tracstar Dome and Dish Satellite 129 HD

Is anyone receiving Dish Satellite 129? If so, could you please provide  the IDB version, the Software version, and the serial number of your Tracstar. I am in the process of upgrading our Tracstar to receive Dish HD programming. I recently replaced our original TV with a HD LED TV and cannot receive Dish Satellite 129. I have contacted Tracstar Support and they are sending me a software update. But, I am curious as to what other members are using. Thanks for any replies.

My tracstar unit will not receive HD signals from Direct TV so I do not use an HD receiver in the coach.
I also have a new HD TV in the coach and the picture is just fine but not HD quality.  On my list to upgrade.  DAN

There are no domed DirecTV HD antennas from any manufacturer. This includes in-motion & stationary domes.

By far, the most popular open DirecTV HD roof satellite antenna is Winegard, there are also a couple of others.

Just a note that the OP is asking about Dish Network satellite 129, not DirecTV, on their Tracstar dome.

Just an update to the original post. I was researching the archives trying to help a fellow Foretraveler with his Tracstar and came across this old thread.

I received the updated software from Tracstar and am now receiving Dish HD television on satellite 129.
