Rear brake calliper

Anyone have an idea how much it costs to repair a rear brake calliper that appears to have stuck on the slide pins and wore through the outside pad down to the metal? The rotor may be able to be turned, but it may also have to be replaced.

I'd just like a ballpark idea on what it would cost for labor and pads and possibly rotor.

Rotor was 350, labor about 3 hours a side, don't have pad price handy

Thanks for the info.  We have a 98 34' U270.  I see you have a 320.  I am assuming price would be similar.
