Progressive HW50C time delay

Just installed the Progressive EMS-HW50C.  There is 2 settings for the time delay.  one is 136 seconds (02:16), and the other is 15 seconds.  My question is does anyone know if the A/C units have a built in time delay.  It appears mine does as it seems to take a few minutes for the units to start.  With that said I left the unit with the factory 15 sec. delay.
What setting did others use that have this unit?

I have a delay on my ac units about 2 mins and I chose the 15 second delay on the progressive. Works well and in the heat of the summer you are not waiting forever for the power to switch over.

The faster 15 second delay is the correct setting for our coaches. All roof AC units have built in delays to let pressures equalize.
