squeaking copilot seat

Do I have to remove the copilot seat from my 1991 U300 in order to lubricate it to stop it from squeaking? I presume someone else on this forum has already been through this.

Scott, the 88GV had 2 sweeks; mechanism- which I used grease on the finger at joints, the other was the springs in the seat cushion-that did require taking it off then put plastic spacer between metal touching. ^.^d

Mine was squeaking too....it was an easy fix. I asked my wife to move to the rear of the coach.

Noise went away.

If you are hearing squeaking, you don't have the radio volume high enough or you need a better speaker system.
