Flagstaff Service Center? (Transmission problems)

Coach is going to be towed to Freightliner Sterling Western Star to check transmission.  Currently on shoulder of I40 west of Flagstaff.  Just wondering if anyone has experience with these folks?  They are the only place that can look at it on Monday.  Thanks in advance for any pros and cons. :(

Trans appears to shift into neutral and 6 was flashing on shift pad.  I pressed N then D and it then worked fine.  After re-fueling, it did the same thing.  I recovered diagnostic code from shift pad and it suggests power interruption, read time write interruption.  And suggest checking connections to ECU and VIM.  Going down a hill, it downshifted hard, then appeared to be in neutral and speedo not working.  Once parked on shoulder, noticed shift pad is "dead".

Being hooked up to tow now.  I have read manual on towing procedures and the tow driver seems to know what he's doing.  He crawled under and in the electronics bay checking connections.  Found what appeared to be a ground wire loose at frame and secured but that did not help.

Hopefully something as simple as a loose connection.

BTW - in case the service center isn't familiar with the FT layout, in our '03 the Allison ECU is the curbside water (manabloc) bay, forward wall.  Steve's post in the linked thread has a pic.
