Windshield Replacement recommendations?

Coming home a couple of weeks ago, I got a rock chip...and then a foot long crack ensued on the passenger side windshield of my 2002 U270.  I called and opened a claim, expecting as before, that they would tell me who would fix it.  This time, they gave me a choice and asked me who I wanted to replace it...so between now and when the adjuster calls tomorrow, I thought I would see if anyone had advice????

How about "the factory", and the fuel cost added to the claim amount?

Would be nice if I could...and had the time to travel there.  I got my call back and was told to get an estimate faxed to them ($0 deductible with diminishing deductible!), so I just wanted either positive recommendations or "Never use xxxxx" recommendations.
