Re: Picked up our "new" coach Reply #25 – August 15, 2014, 10:14:18 pm On our last trip one of the set screws on our Blue Ox towbar fell out. I called the factory to find out the size of the set screw, and they sent me a whole repair kit absolutely free.BTW, there was a pair of deadly tornadoes that hit up there about a month ago. I asked whether they were affected, and they said the factory itself was not but some of their employees were. Quote Selected
