can anyone identify this magnet thing I found in the camper

I found this when I bought this camper. It was up by the drivers seat stuck on the metal by the arm rest.it has a magnet in it.

Might be just the thing to help you find the frames of the walls, before drilling or mounting anything.

I added a clip to mine and clip my antennae up reminder to it - when I take down the antennae I take off the clip, when antennae goes up, I put on my clip
