How to replace flat screen Bedroom TV

I'm going to replace the bedroom TV in my 2002 U320. Is there a plug inside that shelf the TV is on and does the bottom piece of veneer come off. I want a TV that is larger than the one that came with coach.

I just finished removing mine. Mine was a 12v analog, the 12v power brick was stuck inside the sidewall with double stick tape. It was then pluged into a 120v outlet that was also built in behind the wall. Thought I was working on A Gulfstream, and I don't mean the jet either!

What surprises me is that you have a tube type TV in a box.  My 2003 came with an LCD flat screen (but analog) TV on a wall mount in the same location.

Seems like we are talkin Ducks and chickens here. Mine was a LCD, analog Sanyo with a single arm mount screwed to the face of the wall.

I've split out all the answers that were talking about CRTs into their own topic.
