The HWH leveling thing with Active Air .

Just got off the phone with engineer at HWH on design . The question was when the auto button is pressed the coach goes down firmly . His reply ----( That is how they were designed to perform ) . He mentioned that some of his techs don't really have a handle on that issue and have caused problems with misinformation about it . So , I am a happy camper knowing all is well with the Active Air system .  He did mention that some changes are being made , but will be a while before they show up .            Brad Metzger

Was this an engineer at FOT or HWH? My unit with active air sits down gently. Strange.

When speaking to the HWH guy yesterday , I ask (what two points come onto contact when the coach comes to rest at full down . His answer --The hard rubber stops inside the air bags .)  He said all air bags on Foretravel coaches "not just the Active Air  models" have that built in rubber stops otherwise all would be destroyed on full down position . Lots to learn for me .  Brad Metzger
