Corian

Anyone happen to know what blade (circular saw) to use to cut 1/4" Corian.? It was the backsplash behind the range.

The blade recommended in this link is not one I've used. I have Corian in both rigs, but haven't tried cutting the stuff yet. What are you building, Sir?

Jor, we always use blue tape to protect the surface,  where the saw table slides ^.^d

John, what you want is a carbide tipped blade with minimal hook angle on teeth.  One rated to cut aluminum would be ideal.  Easy to cut, though, with pretty much any carbide tool if you do it carefully and keep the proper face up depending on saw.

Thanks to all. I removed the Corian on the wall behind the range and am putting up some nifty tile.
