I believe these are unique to the SAI (Side Aisle Island bed) floor plan. Foretravel installed a small "L" section of wood in the corner where the ceiling and the wall meet with a gap at the top. Most floor plans have cabinets where walls and ceiling meet but with a side aisle you need the head room. Inside the "L" are fluorescent lights that face up and reflect light on the ceiling. The only way to see the bulbs is with a small mirror.

I've never had to mess with mine but I believe if you use a small mirror you can see the screws that fasten the lights as well as the wood "L" section to the wall with metal brackets. I'm anticipating doing the same thing soon.
