Gold light Trim

Does anyone have a source for the gold trim rings for the halogen lights under the cabinets? I'm brain dead can't seem to find them. Some of the old ones are cracking from the heat, and I'm going to start replacing them with LED bulbs more will end up breaking.

They are available from FT parts.  I think $4.00 each.  We purchased some when we were putting in LED wafers in the ceiling and under cabinets.  ;D

This might not be for you but you may want to repaint them. I took mine off and sprayed them from gold to nichel. With led bulbs they won't be getting hot . Mine turned out great and no problems so far.

Bruce, we were going to change our brass trim rings for brushed nickel and put in LED bulbs.  FT had brushed chrome rings for about $6-8 plus the LED bulpbs put each one at about $10.

We took out the ould fixtures and used the same ones they are putting in new coaches.

Amazon.com: ITC (69231BNSWR-3K-DB) Radiance LED Ceiling Light: Automotive

3" solid glass lens, warm white, about 130 lumens, spring climp mount, fits in the existing holes, dimmable, about $13-14 each.  Much cooler, much brighter.  We are very pleased.

If you can wait I have about 30 complete brass trimm ring halogen fixtures with bulbs, $5 each, I will pay shipping, cheaper by the dozen.  But I won't be home till May.  Pictures of our lights pare posted.  Look for them.

Roger,

Put me down for half a dozen.  I looked everywhere for them.
