E-Mail Addresses for Foretravel Parts and for James T?

I would like to order some switches from Foretravel, and I might occasionally like to get information from James T. I generally don't have time-sensitive needs and so e-mail would be fine for me and it wouldn't consume their time on the phone. Are e-mail addresses available for them? Thanks!

Don't know about parts but I'm sure someone will chime in.  As for James Triana, Ken posted this yesterday in another thread:

They recently changed their phone extensions when you call in

My experience is that generally people at Foretravel don't care for email. I've emailed a couple of people at different times and either gotten no response or a response weeks later. A phone call will usually get a return call within a couple of days.

When I've called I've been frustrated by the automated system that seemed like it was designed to avoid letting you actually talk to someone. For example, when I needed to order parts there would be several extensions given. I'd pick one and get a voice mailbox that told me I could either leave a message or try one of the other numbers. From Roger's post above, it sounds like they have finally gone to a better system. When I call the parts department, all open phones in the department should ring and whoever picks it up first should take my order. Is that the way it finally is?
