Smart Wheel Touch Pads

The Cruise Control touch pads on my 2003 VIP Smart Wheel are starting to show wear, particularly on Speed Increase (Set) pad, the spring behind the pad appears close to breaking through.  Has anyone had any luck in sourcing or replacing just the touch pads on this VIP PC Series steering wheel?..... I have no idea of the price, but the pods for the cruise control and the wipers are available from VIP (Vehicle Improvement Products). They are pretty easy to deal with over the phone, but unfortunately, there is no way to order from them on the internet. I bought a new wheel from them recently, and the right side wiper pod had engine brake icons on it instead of the wiper control icons. A phone call and they sent me the new one pronto at no cost and didn't even ask for the engine brake control pod back. It was very easy to change it out and works perfectly. My sense is, that since the whole complete steering wheel including the center cap was about $230 plus shipping, I can't imagine the switch pods could run more than $50 as a wild guess...
