Basement Door Actuator
An actuator on one of my basement door failed. Luckily it was on the bay with the joey bed so I was able to unload the bed and crawl through to open the door. I ordered a replacement actuator from FT Parts. It arrived yesterday, but it doesn't look anything like the original. I seem to remember a thread on replacing the actuator, but all I can find talks about the entry door. Can anyone direct me to a thread on basement door actuators?
