City Water

I can not utilize 'city water' for my water source.  I am able to fill the coach tank, but am not able to use the water as a direct source.  I am using the switch in the 'wet bay', and this controls the tank fill.  Is there another valve that I need to locate?
Thanks, Mike

The valve you want is not he other side of the coach. If you have an electric switch, then you might need to replace it. The newer ones have a manual bypass.  It could be one of three things: Something stuck in there, the 12 volt power to the switch is disconnected or the switch valve is bad.  The issue is that your water pump will not shut off with the city fill on as it does not build up pressure.  The valve is behind the water pump and has a brass top and that is the electronic switch.

OK, thanks, I will check it out.  Am in the process of rebuilding (refinishing?) the wet bay, and plan to get to the other side before buttoning everything back together.

mine is 5132.  mine stuck in the up position.  had to cut the wires in the middle of the night and let it cool off to fall.

accidentely had turned on the fill switch in the bath with no water flow though it and it overheats.
