Difference between U320 and Nimbus models?

Can anyone explain the difference between nimbus and u320. I am looking to buy and I am confused.

U320 was built through 2005 (although very few in 2004 and 2005).

After the company changed hands in 2005, for 2006 a coach that was essentially a U320 was built and called the Nimbus.  That year was the first year of the all-new coach, the Phenix.

In 2007 the Nimbus was released with a different look and a different content than prior models.  Notably the transmission retarder was made optional rather than standard; hydronic heating was Oasis rather than AquaHot.  Interior wood was stained rather than the U320's selection of walnut, maple, or cherry.
