While in storage..........

We keep our 97 U295 in a storage unit that is covered and enclosed on three sides.  Looking for recommendations on storage and ventilation.  We currently keep the bathroom fan / vent open..........Should we crack a few windows as well?  We use the coach on average two days a month.  It is plugged into 30 amp shore power........any other suggestions / thoughts on storage.

Especially in your humid area, I would recommend that when stored, leave the toilet seat and cover in the up position.  We have had mildew form on the under side of the cover when closed for extended periods.

If you have the automatic galley exhaust fan , then I would open a window enough to refresh the air inside the coach if the temperature reaches above your desired set point on the fan (say, 80F).  As you are plugged into shore power, the battery drain is not an issue.

We need more information.

Do you have access to:

Shore power?

Means of charging your batteries (i.e. solar)?  If so how many amp-hrs per day.

 How humid an area are you in?

Thanks for the responses thus far...........................Shore power, yes, 30 amp.  Located in Houston, Texas, very humid, lol.  Any additional recommendations / thoughts would be great.

While the tire topic is hot you might look into Pierce's posts relating to increased tire pressure while stationary for extended periods.
